How do I sign up for your classes, workshops, retreats or trainings?
You can contact our Front Desk at +632.577.0345 or at +63917.577.0345 or email us at email@example.com to sign up for any of our classes and events. We especially encourage early registration for our workshops, retreats and trainings as these often require handouts and other materials to be produced.
Do you offer free trial classes or group discounts?
We don’t offer free trial classes or group discounts, but we have significant discounts for full-time students, senior citizens, individuals with disabilities, educators and Ateneo Alumni Association and Maryknoll/Miriam College Alumni Association cardholders. To avail of our discounts, you will need to present relevant and current identification. You can visit our
Rates page for more details.
Do you have classes for pregnant women and for children?
We offer private Prenatal Yoga, Postpartum Yoga and Kids Yoga classes. For health and safety reasons, we encourage expectant women and women who’ve just given birth to attend customized private classes rather than regular public classes. Appointments for private sessions can be booked with our Front Desk.
I'm new to yoga and I’m not that flexible. What classes should I attend and how often should I take class?
Contrary to popular belief, you don’t need to be flexible to do yoga—it’s practicing yoga that makes you flexible. If you’re new to the practice, we recommend our Yoga Basics and Hatha Yoga
classes. The slower types of yoga are safe enough to be practiced every day, but if you're just starting, we recommend practicing at least twice a week.
What do I wear to class, what do I need to bring and what facilities are available for my use?
You can wear ordinary gym or workout clothes to our classes. There’s no need to bring anything apart from a small towel as we provide the props and accessories needed to participate in our classes and events. We also provide free drinking water and free use of our locker and shower facilities.
Can I eat before class?
We don’t recommend eating or drinking heavily immediately before any of our classes as this can cause discomfort during the practice. However, it’s important that you have adequate energy for participating in our classes, hence, having a light snack or beverage is permissible.
Where is your studio located? Is there parking available?
Our studio is located on the sixth floor of the Regis Center right across the Ateneo de Manila University along Katipunan Avenue. Our building has three basement floors available for paid parking and free parking is also available on some streets in the surrounding area such as Park 9 Alley and Esteban Abada Street.
Where can I send partnership or sponsorship proposals?
