Adult Ballet Classes
Ballet is a highly technical form of dance with a vocabulary based on French terminology that typically requires years of training to learn and master and continuous practice to retain proficiency. Adult Ballet focuses on teaching ballet forms and techniques to people who may or may not possess a dance background. As a movement art, ballet strengthens and tones muscles, enhances posture, develops coordination and provides a means of creative self-expression. White Space Wellness hosts 75 minute-long adult ballet classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:45 to 7:00 pm. No previous dance experience is required to participate in an adult ballet class but students must come wearing ballet shoes.
